  I want give you all HOW TO USE GIF AS BACKGROUND. But first of all this is only for lockscreen and not for all type of android. 

Steps:

1. Open gallery on your phone

2. Choose video that you want apply

3. Next go to setting

4. Click set as wallpapper

5. And now it already set on your phone

 The reasons i make this blog because one day my friend ask why my background can move like that. So thats inspired me to make the steps on blog.
